Would be a zero, if I could. They came out with the wrong part and charged $188. Ordered the "correct" one. Wrong again. We've been customers for 15 years. When we first built and again a year and a half ago when we replaced our heat pump. All the regular maintenance. Had always been happy with the service. Not any more. Update:Owner called, stated that someone would be out to complete the job. technician came out yesterday, no extra charge, wrong part. Will hopefully get the right part.

My 30-year old furnace went out at the end of January right before the big snowstorm/cold snap we had in the beginning of February. As a new homeowner, this was a very daunting situation.
