These guys are great. I have had the pleasure of working with Northwest Energy Systems multiple times throughout the years, on multiple projects. They have installed and serviced gas and wood burning stoves, duct work, mini split systems, and probably a few other items as well. The staff has always been friendly, their pricing is fair, and they've always been quick to help me out. I have recommended them to many friends and colleagues throughout the years and will continue to do so.
twice I called to get services for a rental reinstated. They sent me to a membership form online. There is no form there. Does one have to find the office and go in personally. I can't do that today.
"I received a flyer from Northwest Energy of Bellingham WA this spring offering $500 off a cooling system. I liked the deal so I had an estimator come out to measure for an air conditioning unit. I bought a Bosch mini-split. I had it installed in my living room yesterday. The installer, Darious, was very professional. He arrived, promptly, on time and was pleasant to talk with. Would be a zero, if I could. They came out with the wrong part and charged $188. Ordered the "correct" one. Wrong again. We've been customers for 15 years. When we first built and again a year and a half ago when we replaced our heat pump. All the regular maintenance. Had always been happy with the service. Not any more. Update:Owner called, stated that someone would be out to complete the job. technician came out yesterday, no extra charge, wrong part. Will hopefully get the right part.
