Good service, good experience.
My procedure was scheduled for 1 p.m. Arrived at 12 p.m., waited about 1/2 hour. At 1 p.m. I was already in the room, hooked up to oxygen & was ready for the anesthesia at 1:01. I was in recovery at 1:20 & we were on the way home before 2 p.m. I have never seen such an efficiently run place! There are many moving parts (employees) & they all work so well to get the job done! Dr. Nesmith was great. The only downside is it is very busy & the waiting area is very small & very crowded.
Dr. Gregory Nesmith and his entire team are fantastic. They are patient, empathetic, and skilled at making patients feel comfortable, especially those who are uneasy about medical procedures. They clearly explain each procedure and provide visual, easy-to-understand results. I highly recommend Dr. Nesmith and his team.
I continue to get statements and past due communications from the billing department for a bill that was paid more than a month ago. When I called they acknowledged it had been paid in full and they have no idea why I continue to receive these. I received another notification today. Very frustrating. The billing manager is never available.
The entire staff from the nurses to Dr Nesmith were Amazing. I wished every operation in the medical field would share the same happy and uplifting work culture.
