Excellent experience! This is my second endoscopy (1st in 2022). Dr Sonenshine is great.
Colonoscopies are never pleasant! However, my experience today was wonderful! From the check-in to the nurses, anesthesiologist, everyone who was in charge of me and especially Dr. Anna Longacre! Dr. Longacre was very thorough professionally and has such a great bedside manner! I felt very much at ease with her and confident it would be all right! Not able to reach a human being until mid day, after being scheduled for a 9:30am (8:30 arrival) colonoscopy. The phone would not transfer to procedure facility. I was very upset as I was not able to finish the final prep middle of night, second prep. Nobody called to check on me for not showing up for a scheduled procedure. When I finally did get through mid afternoon (as the phone keeps you in a loop that you get nobody there) no empathy or care with regards to all I endured was given.
