Horrible service, expect bills to randomly appear without explaining how it was accrued.
I went to KADLEC Freestanding Emergency Room in Kennewick WA, which the billing was tied to this LLC. You charged me $369 for an emergency room visit, back in October 2023, and denied my state insurance (which covers emergency room visits). Customer service told me multiple times throughout the year that they filed a claim to my insurance (they never did). They lied multiple times, claiming that I will receive an update "in 45 days". This company banks on a certain percentage of customers that won't question over billing practices. Unfortunately there's alot of people that just believe medical bills can't be wrong. STOP AUTOMATICALLY PAYING THESE BILLS AND ALWAYS QUESTION.
These people ought to be sent to the gulag. They bank on a certain percentage of customers that won't question their corrupt billing practices and simply pay the bill. Unfortunately there's alot of people that just believe bills can't be wrong. Medical coding for these billing departments is straight corruption. STOP PAYING THESE PEOPLE AND ALWAYS QUESTION.
