This is probably a scam as far as I can tell, received a bill from here despite not ever going to this location.
I cannot believe they sent me to collections without ever sending a bill in the first place! I pay all my bills on time and in full. How can I pay a bill if it's never presented to me? You all should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
It’s the same thing throughout this review poor billing practices they build my wrong insurance and then came after me three years later in collections when the insurance is like that’s not the way you’re supposed to bill it. These people need to get their act together if they’re gonna be doctors in physicians, they need to have a reputable History. This is not a reputable history and I’ll never go to Cadillac urgent care or see these physicians ever again.
They attempted to bill me for the full cost. I got conflicting answers about whether they had billed my insurance or not (they did not). Even once it was established they hadn't billed insurance, they made almost no effort to correct this. I had to call them and my insurance company every day for a week to fix this.
