Absolutely horrible. What they are doing is thievery at best. Received a bill nearly 4 YEARS after treatment. This is after my previous statement from two years prior which showed I had no remaining balance. This is surprise billing, which is illegal in the state of Washington. What this company is doing is exactly what is wrong the the American medical system. If you work for them you should ashamed of yourself, and i hope no one ever has to deal with this company.
I’ve never even been to this facility or any of their affiliates. Yet they have managed to steal my identity, charge me without my knowledge and ruined my credit!! I have tried to dispute it multiple times and nothing happens! It’s been four years since it appeared on my credit and it is still not resolved!!
They don't properly bill your insurance! They try to make you pay it instead. Ruining my credit!!! BAD PEOPLE HERE!!!! stay away from them!!
Ruining my credit and I've never even heard of this facility before. I cannot get any info about the bogus charges that have been sent to collections.
