It was almost the worst experience ever! In waiting room for five hours!! Have not even seen a doctor yet don’t wast your time here I will never go back!! I should have went to urgent care!!!
Nurse Michelle has 0 compassion. My wife is in heavy pain multiple days and can barely eat it drink. So I'm trying to help her pick up things and make her life easier. She tells me to sit down and makes my wife redo everything. Very disgusting. This place used to be great. Go somewhere else, trust me.

I went to the hospital for flu like symptoms get poked with a needle 5mins later doctor comes in says wrong person and they take out the needle then recently I get an outrageous bill from them I should be suing for malpractice. They definitely don't know what they are doing there be aware don't go there .
NW ER Vail is hit or miss. Has great doctors working there but might encounter one or two that aren’t. Dr. GLADYS LOPEZ for example. Took mom to NW ER VAIL with stroke symptoms. Dr. Lopez informed me that they could not diagnose strokes because they are not equipped with MRI scanners. By the way, Dr. Gladys Lopez was extremely rude and seemed bothered that we spoiled her quiet evening.
