Wonderful job I think they did a wonderful job on my company's shirts. The quality is very good and the sales people were very friendly. My only criticism would be that one shirt had a small hole in it, but when I let them know about it, they replaced it for free.

Patches Went looking on the internet to find a company to do some patches for motorcycle uniforms. There are are pages of ones from companies all over the world, but I wanted to keep my business local so I went with Northwest Embroidery. I just gave them a call to tell them what I needed and then emailed them the picture to work from. It was a lot easier being able to speak to someone one the phone about my order rather than having to email people halfway across the globe. Cancer Walk My wife and I printed shirts for our team in the breast cancer walk. It was a last minute deal, we ordered on tuesday and needed them for the weekend. The shirts were ready Friday morning and even gave us an extra shirt at no charge. Now that is the definition of service!

Friendly and fast I recommend them if you want your own design on clothes and hats. I had them do some beanies and they look really good. I've washed mine a few times and the design has stayed in place really well. The delivery was fast and the sales girl who set my order up was helpful and nice.

Overall very good! We got sweatshirts made for my daughter's youth group retreat. The folks here are really easy to work with and helpful. I did not know there would be an extra charge to set up our design before making the sweatshirts though, but even including it the price was still very reasonable.

Very knowledgeable and patient When I first started my own restaurant two years ago, I knew I wanted everyone on staff to wear similar uniforms. Because I had a budget I went with some company on the internet that offered polo shirts for five bucks each and it turned into a disaster for us. The shirts fell apart in less than a month and I ended up telling staff they could just wear their own shirts until I figured something else out. Carhartt Jackets I brought in a dozen Carhartt jackets for them to sew my design on. I am happy with the job they did, but it took a couple days longer than they estimated. They did deliver them for free, though and didnt charge any rush fees.

Pleasantly surprised Kudos for the embroidered hats I ordered last week. Since they were on sale for under 5 bucks each, I didn't set my expectations too high since I am pretty frugal. Five dollars usually doesn't get you a whole lot these days... I have to say however, that I was pleasantly surprised with how my order turned out. The hats themselves are really well constructed and comfortable. The embroidery looks really good too, all the threads are tight and clean. No snags or mistakes at all. Slow Service We used NW embroidery for my daughters basketball team.. The quality was good but they did not come through with a pick up date like they said. We did not have uniforms for two of their games. Disappointed in the customer service but quality of printing was good
