Dr. Hsu and his assistant were very nice and friendly. I like it when Dr. Hsu is light hearted and funny, it makes everything less stressful and actually fun when you can laugh also. The front desk ladies are also very nice and friendly. Northwest Dermatology is a very wonderful experience for a doctor's office. Really nice people. The person that was assisting the person was really nice too. And especially Taylor at the front desk. A little bit confusing at the beginning of the year. But it's taken care. And Taylor was understanding too. She's cool.

People are always professional and go out of their way to help or guide you through things
This was another appointment to treat my ongoing precancerous skin lesions. Mara freezes them and we set another appointment for months later. She is knowledgeable and treatment is quick. Other staff also are prompt.
