My visit to Northwest Dermatology was fantastic! I had been at a competing service for years. But my last visit was extremely disappointing at Adv. Dermatology Patients were lined up all over in the waiting area with bandaged heads, etc. The doctor that I was assigned to was very passive and did not explain my procedure at all. He seemed to ignore me all together. Later I found out he was a military doctor. I felt he had very little, if any, empathy. That office is really suffering growing pains.
