Doctor was very thorough and the follow ups were great. I was a severe case and could not tolerate the CPAP and did not want to have surgery so this was my best bet. The office is nice, New and clean as they just moved to a new location. They took my medical insurance and copay was about 750$. This appliance changed my life!
