I’ve only been here a couple of times, had to bring someone in for dentures. . I however have scheduled three appointments of which I was not able to make due to my current situation with cancer. Each time I had to call and cancel they were so professional and so kind to me. I’m so looking forward to coming in there to get the beautiful smile that I need and want. I had a very disappointing experience with my denture visits. We were referred by our dentist and the initial measurement process was handled by a kind lady. However, once we started working with the denturist, DPD Vallan Charron, the experience took a turn for the worse. Vallan Charron was extremely impatient during all our visits. When I received my dentures, they didn’t fit properly. I went back for adjustments, only to be told that the dentures were fine and that I just needed to "adjust" to them.
