I had a generally positive experience at Northwest. The staff was friendly, and the treatment I received was thorough and professional. However, when I requested my scans and reports for a second opinion, I was only provided with a CD containing my CT scan. Unfortunately, they had lost the paper hardcopy of my reports and made no effort to locate or retrieve them. Very professional, friendly staff and a very competitive price.
My partner and I have come to Northwest Dental Implant Centre a couple times now, we always have a great experience. The team are so lovely and gentle, you even get to watch Netflix. Always feel so calm coming here and leave feeling fresh! Highly recommend!
