Everyone at Northwest Dental Excellence was on point and kind. Very thorough. I was told something was not covered by insurance and given a price before it was done. No surprises. Dr Mezo did a good job of double checking everything as this was my first visit. It was worth the year long wait for new patients.
Dr. Bri and her staff at Northwest Dental Excellence, made getting dental work done a breeze. From the warm welcome of the front desk staff, to her assistants and beyond, every member of the team was professional, friendly, and attentive. They answered my many questions and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. The office is welcoming, efficient, and truly focused on providing excellent patient care. I highly recommend Dr. Bri and her team to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.
The office is friendly and efficient. Dr.Mezo is down to earth and explains things well. The only con is I just wish they would par with Delta Dental.
