Excellent job, staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable with the procedures, would highly recommend to anyone who needs orthodontic work.

Great staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The doctor was awesome and very gentle. The woman at the front desk was extremely welcoming and explained everything to me very well. I have zero complaints!
Crooks. I specifically asked if my insurance was covered here and even gave them my insurance info and filled out documents so that they could verify coverage and if they were an in network provider. A week later, I was told all was good and came in for an evaluation and xray. After the sevice i get a bill for the total amount as they said the insurance doesn't cover them as they are not in network. I found out that they knew this and had me do the appointment anyway. My first appointment was very good. My second appointment when they took my teeth in the back room I can hear him laughing and making snotty nasty remarks about my teeth this made me very uncomfortable when they called me for my third appointment I expressed my uncomfortableness with their professionalism and she said she was the office manager and flat-out attacked me on the phone and saying it never happened when I was there. I stated I'd rather go somewhere else and she threatened my insurance would not pay to go anywhere... read more
