Dr. Ra is a great dentist and that is where all the good in NW dental ends. Her office staff is horrendously bad. The price changes from what you were told before sitting in the chair to something quite a bit more once you are out of the chair. Don't expect to be acknowledged by anyone until it is time for you to sit in the chair and even then there is no, "hello, how are you", it is more like "in here is where we have you set up". First, let me say the work done on my daughter’s teeth is phenomenal! She’s so unbelievably happy with her new look, and everyone took such good care of her 😊 For that I thank you ❤ I’d also like to mention that she can now bite into foods with her front teeth and, so far, it doesn’t hurt anymore from the awkward angle pressure! That is wonderful in and of itself 😊 Thanks so much for everything!
