From assessment to completion the process was organized and very professional. We qualified for rebates which they took care of meaning I did not have to pay upfront and wait for reimbursement. These rebates were substantial, you might be surprised. I would highly recommend this company, this was the most smooth upgrade contracting I have ever done.
This is the second house/crawl space we've done with this business. We came back the second time because they did a great job the first time. And the install crew did another great job again! Certainly recommend them for their work and dedication for getting the job done. Crawl space looks great...and we've got follow-up rodent control over the next year.
NW Crawlspace - This is how a business should operate. NW Crawlspace completely refurbished our 2100 sq ft crawl space. The 6-man crew showed up on time and worked until well after dark, finishing the job in 2 days vice the 3 days estimated. This company cleaned out and updated the crawlspace under my old farmhouse. Not an easy job, but they were outstanding. I've worked with a lot of construction folks over the years on property belonging to myself, my family, and others, but they were among the best. Professional. Communicative. Respectful. Took my unique challenges into consideration. I have so much greater peace of mind. Great experience.
Lior (owner) and the team at Northwest Crawl Space Services did an incredible job on a full crawlspace clean out: rodent proofing, installing new insulation, entry door, vapor barrier, and bringing the whole thing up to current code. They were kind, compassionate, and responsive in communication the whole way through. Very fair price and completed work within a week of my call. Highly recommend!
