Please….please don’t call these people. Called for the first time to inquire help about a crisis(it was a referral from my work). I was called back after leaving a voice mail and told them I needed to do 6 sessions that were available through work. The MENTAL HEALTH PREFESSIONAL told me 6 would not be enough because she only gets paid 50 percent of her rate through my company and I needed to commit to more sessions and come out of pocket after the 6 and wanted information on my insurance.. I went to northwest counseling associates seeking help with the restoration of my drivers license, counseled with a one Matt Thatcher, everything went great, had a problem with the Sec of state, needed a little more help from Matt, got in to see him post haste, took care of the problem together, Sec of state was happy, license was restored. I went for 3 visits. It was so cold that I was shivering. My counselor once even offered a blanket, she had a coat on! Another of the counselors twice was screaming and crying on the phone about bills and personal problems. I was embarrassed just to hear it while in the waiting room. It was worse having a meeting across the hall from her and still hearing it with our door closed.
