A small job grinding down a number of tripping hazards on a concrete walkway with some sunken sections. Took the better part of the day though. Reasonably priced and good interactions.
I had contacted Bill / Northwest Concrete, to replace two small 24" x 8' strips of exposed aggregate concrete for a small renovation project. The existing concrete had been poured originally in 1988, and I had concerns about matching such a pour. Bill fit me in on short notice and executed a professionally well-done job, that matched very beautifully to the existing concrete. Bill was recommended to me by my Uncle who also had an amazing experience working with him. What stands out the most is his attention to detail, his communication and the quality of the workers who he has along side him. He is deeply knowledgeable and friendly! For me, he completed 2 foundations (500sqft and 800sqft) in the same day as well as a 25 foot walkway. Bill Lloyd removed and repoured our old broken backyard patio. Wow, we now have a beautiful aggregate patio, maticuously created. I hired Bill because he had done a large front porch for a neighbor several years ago - a testiment to beautiful workmanship. He did the same with our patio. We couldn't be happier with the results.
Bill was a delight with whom to work throughout our project. The project included replacement of cracked concrete in our driveway and, as only discovered after the work had began, removal of debris perhaps illegally discarded under a sidewalk during construction of our house in 1991.
