why isn't there more places like this. I got an honest diagnostic of my computer and decided not to have it fixed. They did not pressure me to fix it or buy one of there computers. I really like there honesty.
Wow is all I can say. I am in the Army and have been all around the U.S. and have never had such great service. Very friendly and lots of great tips to keep my laptop running its best. Thanks to Al who spent the extra time answering my questions.

After one of life's horrifying moments (a cup of coffee turned over onto a laptop keyboard, ew!!!) Google provided me with this shop name & address. What followed was a delightful discovery of a geek combined with a wordsmith who actually understood how to write an estimate that the homeowner's insurance adjuster could understand. Not only can Rich of Northwest Computers read and write, he can fix computers. Thanks, Rich!! You da man!!!
After a bad diagnostic by a different computer store the owner of northwest computers gave me a free diagnostic on my laptop for an insurance claim because he did not want me to think all computer stores were just out to make money and not care about the cutomer. I jut want to say thanks and give him a great review. Not too many places like this any more. I am a senior citizen and never know who I can trust, so I am happy to pass this place around to my friends.
They fixed my computer when a store in poulbo said it was not worth fixing. The store is clean and the employees are smarter than me when it come to computers. I felt safe that they would not do me wrong. And they gave me a military discount. I highly recomend them.
Nice people and they seem to know what they are doing. I had my imac repaired there yesterday. I did not have to go to Seattle as I have been told. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend them to Mac and PC people.
