If I could leave a zero star review, I would. I called today for an appointment with an endocrinologist and was told there's nothing until february of next year. That is unexcusable. I'm a current patient of there's with a different endocrinologist but did not like her so I wanted to switch and was given a February appointment. No wonder people talk so poorly of NCH.
One star for billing issues now that its Endeavor Health. Worse than comcast or dmv
I go here for my regular visits, and they also have an open clinic where you can see a P.A. much faster than you can see your doctor, my doctor (Ander) is wonderful and the staff has been really nice, even when I had to get the blood test done, when I was there, it was not a huge wait.
Walk in lab test takes a long time, almost 1 hour. At 8:30am on a Saturday, there were 20 people in front. There seems to be only 1 person doing the test. Check in stuff is rude, the most arrogant person I met.
