Patients, be aware! The blood draw on 1st Fl was a total mess. No one informed me they made a mistake and mixed my blood with another patient's until I found it out after weeks. The staff at lab were not friendly and professional at all. Don't go!
Pathetic service, their billing department, don’t know how to work, they constantly put in wrong billing codes, later have to coordinate with insurance, NEVER EVER GO THERE… absolutely Pathetic..
Intake Receptionist In the blood lab on October 1st was beyond unhelpful, actually tried to have me waiting all day.
