I took my family member here for an evaluation and it was very isolated building. Thought we were in the wrong building. Cindy The first lady you speak with is extremely nice and sweet. But then the intake person told us to leave our belongings in the waiting room then she continued and said we could put them in a cubicle with a lock. I asked her for the key because my purse is in there and my keys, which I understand she said no I can’t have the key it would be given to the front desk. The only people who leave bad reviews are the people who didnt want help or treatment. I LOVED IT HERE and they helped me so much with my abusive parents! I stayed here for 60+ days and honestly didn’t want to leave. I loved everyone that worked in the adolescent unit and hope they still work here!
Literally the most awful psych ward of all time, cannot stress this enough!!! So much incompetence, it's endless really!
