I went in for a yearly checkup with a nurse practitioner Caryn Woods. I’m not sure if this is her normal disposition or if she was just having a bad day, but she came off as very dismissive. After our visit she simply said “That’s it. We’re done here.” And walked out of the room. I needed to get blood work done after and she provided me with zero direction. I thought it was very rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning to this facility
Dr. Ham is a life saver. He is by far the best of the best. The staff around these doctors are helpful and pleasant. Thank you!
