Used to be a pretty decent company. As of the merger I'm on my way out as a member. I've had several issues with direct deposits not going through when they have for other banks, poor service over all, and many of the same complaints others have made. One of my biggest frustrations is that financial transactions don't seem to get processed on the weekends, and because of this I had an overdraft. I literally pulled money from their cash machine and went in to change it to smaller bills - they refused and said I needed to be a member. YOU are a bank! It's very small and was not busy at all either. So I went to my CU - OnPoint and did not need to show a membership at all to get change, they put it through their machine which would see if it's fake money (I am a member there though) I had thought about using this Credit Union since it is closer to my home but not after today! Unbelievable!
System doesn’t work half the time and then they make it hard to pay loans if you are 10 days late. They need to have there system work without me having to call. This bank seems dated and doesn’t manage well. I should have to call in and there employees are rude most of the time
Almost impossible to get in contact with a person. When I do get to a person they transfer me to another automated system. It takes hours to get any information or help. This is an ongoing issue, no matter what time of day I call.
