Upon arrival on July 24th, I went to the desk of *****************, a service manager. That meeting did not go well at all! She was unpleasant with a rude personality. She seemed annoyed that I was there. She talked down to me as if I was a child (I am 76) and said it was my fault that I didnt bring both key fobs with me to be programmed. Nobody had bothered to mention to me previously in my phone calls to set up the appointment that both fobs were needed, or any reminder that they were needed at all! My wife took her 2019 RAV4 to this business for an oil change. The work was defective and it left the business with a constant drip from the oil plan plug. Then the low oil light came on. Alarmed, we called the dealer and left a message before opening hours and waited for a return call. That call never came and I tried a few more times. refund please I ordered a part correctly on line in February. I had to send the part back three time because it was the wrong the service department sent me, after they assured me that they would double check the item before they sent it the second and third time. Now I am currently having difficulty on receiving my refund that service department claim was entered into my account. After investigation with the bank it was never entered and the bank denied my claim due to the fact the first date of the order was so long ago.wh... read more
Go see Joe!- Good deals I just came into the store and they've got some really great deals on cars. They were having a veterans day sale and Joe Jones showed me around. He's really friendly, low pressure and very knowledgeable. I'd totally recommend going to see him! This guy knows his stuff and he was able to find some great loop holes to lower the price for me. Totally recommend it. But make sure you ask for Joe.
Locally owned with a good reputation This Chevrolet and Cadillac dealership is locally owned and has been around for a long time. They wouldn't be around if they didn't do business the right way. I have taken my Cadillac to them for serving and have always been pleased with the results. Their prices are a little on the high side but you do get factory trained mechanics who are fully familiar with your vehicle.
