When we purchased our vehicle from Bellingham Chevrolet, the deal was represented as a cash out the door purchase meaning everything, including taxes, should have been settled. We were told the title would arrive within a couple of weeks. Upon arrival on July 24th, I went to the desk of *****************, a service manager. That meeting did not go well at all! She was unpleasant with a rude personality. She seemed annoyed that I was there. She talked down to me as if I was a child (I am 76) and said it was my fault that I didnt bring both key fobs with me to be programmed. My wife took her 2019 RAV4 to this business for an oil change. The work was defective and it left the business with a constant drip from the oil plan plug. Then the low oil light came on. Alarmed, we called the dealer and left a message before opening hours and waited for a return call. That call never came and I tried a few more times. Then I tried using a different phone and the service manager **** immediately answered.
