I had an appointment with Dr. Thai. They called and re-schedule my appointment twice in a row. The last time they cancelled was 3 hours before my appointment (huge problem when you work and have to rearrange your schedule!) The woman that called was really rude, and told me that if I didn't like it, I could look for another doctor... wow! Is that an awful way to treat patients or what! I am still in shock on the way I was treated!
