We purchased blinds a year ago in July (2025) through the Costco program. They sent a consultant to our home in McCall from Northwest Cabinetry and Design. They are located in Ontario, Oregon. Our windows were measured, ordered and installed and the whole experience was flawless. We purchased 4 blinds that open and close with a remote control, one of which is a large blind that is for a double patio door (slider) and 3 larger windows in the front of our house that were always hard to reach. Kudos to Travis and his crew on an excellent installation job for my SunSetter awnings. The job required some re-engineering and customization on their part and turned out terrific. They were very thorough and courteous, walking me through everything as well as making sure everything was picked up and spotless. I highly recommend their services.
This is the second time we have used Northwest Window Coverings and this time is was for some motorized patio shades. The team were nothing short of exceptional, with such knowledge of the product and experience installing. Would recommend to all of our friends!
