I had surgery by Dr Burpee in Nov 2023. I have had nothing but excellent positive results. While every body is different I feel very grateful for the entire team and I have lost over 180 pounds and am a normal weight for the first time in my life. Office staff can be a tad cold but the medical staff is very attentive and understanding listening to all issues and suggesting solutions to keep me going forward.
So, I had a gastric sleeve done about 2 months ago. I just had my two month post op today. I had no problems with my surgeon Dr. Chassion. However, his post ops are with the mid levels. How “professional” it was today to be laughed at by his PA Renee Corrigan when I brought up my concerns. She decided to tell me I developed new allergies after my surgery and not so many words what was I expecting after the surgery. Had a really pleasant experience with the PA Sydney, but my other interactions with the administrative staff have been unprofessional. I’ve had appointments rescheduled and accidentally double booked, it took months to get in for an appt. I called to get an update on a prescription and Deborah was extremely rude saying she already spoke to me (she didn’t, I don’t have any calls from their office or voicemails). UPDATE: Thank you NW for being conscientious and immediately rectifying the matter. The office called me back and scheduled my consultation for tomorrow.
Wonderful had my gastric revision in January 2023 zero reflux since staff and doctor were amazing
