If you are not wealthy this bank is not for you!!!! This bank is only willing to assist customers who have high deposit balances and not ordinary day to day customers (I was told this by the manager). I have had an account since this bank was Prestige. I will not be staying with this bank since it is no longer customer service oriented since the change to Northwest.
