Worst experience ever. My poor 86 year old mom totally scammed and zero help from Northwest Savings Bank. The bank and the Fraud Department were absolutely useless. She got scammed by an online company when she ordered an online book and they kept charging her every month for going on 8 months. Even though we showed them the company was a scam they still allowed the company to charge her. Made cash deposit to cover bills, teller deposited my money into someone else's acct. This was noticed after I got 3 overdraft fee emails for their error. I called and they put my money back in my account and told me they'd take care of overdraft fees, they didn't. I called back and was told I would get a call back, I didn't. Closed my account.
