Bank has no payment option like normal banks do for auto loans. You have to pay it in a two part process, via wire transfer. which takes 3 days for the money to move from your main bank to theirs. Then have to log into there website to pay the bill. its 2025. why do they not have a normal way of paying it with a debt or credit card? Oh you can pay it over the phone for 10 bux on top of your payment. Lesson learned to stay away from this bank for any loans moving forward.
Do NOT and I can't stress enough do NOT deal with this horrible bank!

Never apply for a loan here. I requested a 10 day pay off to be sent via mail. Allegedly they sent 2. Over the course of 2 weeks. I never received one. Terminate the company
Worst bank I've ever encountered. My car is financed through them. Every time I send a payment in they claim they have never received it. Then I have to make another payment to them over the phone which they charge me another $9.00 to do that. The customer service is no help at all. My advice STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK!!!!
