Tried to get some info and help with my dads account after he died. I was met with rude attitudes, lies, more lies and 0 sympathy for what I am going through. THIS BRANK NEEDS SENSITIVITY TRAINING. Made my grieving process way worse. I still have to go back, but this time I will have help from a lawyer so I don't get lied to and then LIED ABOUT BY 2 EMPLOYEES. I HOPE YOUR CALLS ARE RECORDED. Jerks.
