I absolutely love my bank! They have helped me when my card was stolen and made sure I got my money back. Always so friendly and helpful and try their best to help in anyway they can!

Twice I was asked where my money came from at this branch. It is none of there business and out of line to even ask!! One more time and I'm pulling my accounts.
The service for this location has dropped noticebly in the last 2 years. I was in drive through for over 20 minutes and multiple people were helped before me. When there was nobody left in line, they continued to service people in the bank. I have had very large business accounts with this bank for over 30 years but it's time to make a change. They seem to be short staffed and also are going through employee changes frequently. I would not recommend Northwest bank and especially the Harborcreek location.
