All of a sudden have to sign checks for mobile deposit only. Stupid.
You've lost touch with your customer base. You do things no one understands and you don't explain your actions, thus, we go to OTHER banks now. I use USAA now for all my major transactions. Remember back in the 90s when banks wanted to get rid of all the little people? Anyone with less than certain amounts were given bad service in hopes they would go elsewhere? and then the banks found out that most all of their customers left? Well NWB is at that point again.
They just stole $300 from me because I left my other bank affiliated card in their atm and they won't give it back
This branch is full of incompetent employees who lost or stole $200 of mine from night deposit and did nothing to help fix their mistake. Still haven't gotten my $200 back and they said, oh well!!! Worst company EVER. I had to file a police report and still have yet to hear back about this. UNBELIEVABLE.
