My daughter bought a car from here and traded in her car. 6 weeks after she bought the car it needed a whole transmission $8000 later she finally got her car. They didn't call us when the licence plate came in. We had to call after her paper plate had expired. Her trade in must have never been unregistered because I got a bill in the mail for tabs and another for a toll. Which also means they didn't re-register the new owner.
Sam is a BOSS.I needed a vehicle asap and I can't think of a time that I bought a car so easily. I git if work and he had everything ready for me. I'm most definitely going to be visiting Northwest Auto Way again for my next vehicle because it was literally hassle free. Thank you Sam
Was my first time buying a car and I was taken care of. These guys are the realest there is and the best place to get a good deal on used cars. Excellent customer service and excellent quality of vehicles with a resident expert. Can't recommend enough.
Went in to test drive an infiniti which ended up having a small front end issue. When we arrived, the salesman had brought up another vehicle, similar to what we came for just in case we didn't like the first vehicle. Problem was that the 2nd vehicle was out of our price range but they let us test drive it anyway which was Hella cool. The salesman was friendly and made our experience fun and full of laughs. Similarly to what is stated in the other reviews, I would recommend staying far away from this dealership. They sold my wife a car that had serious frame damage without disclosing any of that. The auto shops said whoever did this didn’t care for the safety or well being of the driver. Rather then welding things together, they said it was merely glued together. So if the car was in a serious accident, the passengers would take most of the hit, rather then it absorbing the crash as it’s intended to. No reputable auto shop is w... read more
