I went in to get a diagnostics for an oil leak they charged me $61.49 for it. Mechanic orally explained me that I had an engine block cylinder gasket leak. I asked for his diagnosis written in my invoice before paying. He told me he would send it to my email. So I take his word and proceed to pay them. Next day I receive estimates on the costly engine head cylinder gasket leak repair but still no written invoice for the service I paid for.
