Not happy is an understatement. Would have been nice to get a written estimate so there would be no misunderstanding about price and what wS being done. And especially authorization. Instead there was a game of he said she said. I am an honest person up front and expected the same . There was no authorization done so make sure you get a written authorization if you decide to do business with them.
