This was my very first experience with Northwest Auto Specialist. I was very satisfied. My scheduled appointment was at 8 am, as I walked through the door, I was greeted by name even though I had never met anyone in person here before. The check in went super smooth. As I was walking out the door, the mechanic was already working on my car. The quoted price was spot on and I couldn't be more impressed! I will return here for my auto repair needs.

Excellent Auto Repair Shop! We have been using Northwest Auto Specialists for more than 15 years. There has never been a problem they couldn't fix at a price we could afford. They do not tell you things need replaced that don't and they don't mind if you have them diagnose the problem and you decide to fix it yourself. We love them! We recomend them to all our friends, relatives and co-workers.
