They don’t answer there phone ever
These guys are the real deal. I knew very little about what I wanted when I reached out to them and Shaun took the time to educate me about car audio. I ended up deciding on 2 10 inch DC subs and they got me all dialed in. My car sounds awesome now, they are friendly, prompt and professional. I would recommend these guys and come back if I ever need anything in the future.
I know Shaun Henry as a dear friend and from a professional stand point. He is a great all around human being. As a customer on 2 different occasions. He was very knowledgeable of the products he works with and how they line up to other brands. He builds amazing boxes that sound great!
We went to good vibrations in roseburg and they charge $100 for an hour to diagnose it, went to northwest audio suppliers and they looked at it fixed it in five minutes and did not charge anything. Great customer service
Great place helpfull and all around friendly.
