I'm so thankful that I found them! They are so sweet and helpful. I have had really bad experiences in the past from different dentists and them making me feel embarrassed and ashamed for having the teeth I do. Dr. Kifer was so nice and the only doctor to explain why I was having my teeth issues. They are absolutely the best 👍👍❤❤
Alaina and Dr. Kifer are amazing!!! They made me feel so comfortable and we’re very nice and kind! They showed and explained the X-RAYs and other pictures of my teeth that they took very thoroughly. I seriously could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!!!
NWA family dental has been a great experience for me! I've had a lot of work done at their facility and will continue on with them. Dr. Bowen is sooo nice and very knowledgeable!! Mattie and other staff members are so friendly and always made my comfort a priority! Everyone here is super friendly! The facility is really clean! This dental office is very clean. The staff is very honest and does not recommend any unnecessary work. They are also very nice and funny. They are also very helpful in answering insurance questions. This is a very good dental office.
Great dentists, hygienists and office staff. Easy to reschedule appointments and are very accommodating with complicated schedules. Great with teens and adults alike. Treat teens with respect.

I am one who usually gets pretty anxious about going to the dentist, however at NW Arkansas Family Dental it has all changed. They listen to any concerns or worries I may have, and make a plan of action and always let me know what’s going to happen next. I had an amazing experience, and I actually look forward to my next cleaning!!
