Very disappointed with the new management. This used to be a place where you could go with small kids and now they have removed the play area, cancelled the fireworks show and Malloween. Not sure how the Easter Bunny will be but if it's anything like the pathetic excuse for a Santa that they have this year then I would suggest going north to the Promenade. It's obvious that the new owners care nothing for the community. Spend your money elsewhere.
I did not enjoy the mall today. I visited a couple stores and then went to the food court where I observed a group of people wandering around. They would walk up to tables with one person sitting and talk for a second...the whole group was annoying, like they were scoping the place out. They finally got this one fellow to allow them to sit at a table with him (it wasn't crowded)...FIVE men pulled up a chair. Not a good Santa experience. We took our 3yo to meet Santa recently and were first in line after his break. Our little girl was SO excited. My husband and I were very disappointed, but happy that our daughter is resilient. This was her 1st meeting with Santa and it was awful. i dont get to fayetteville all that often, but when i do i try and make a stop at the nwa mall. regardless of which store im in, im always greeted, and the staff is helpful and friendly. even if there are alot of people in their store, ive always at least been greeted.
It's was big,lots of stores. It was clean. Ppl ever were very busy place
Sorry mall! No fire work show 1st strike no malloween 2nd strike now you took out the play area strike 3. Why support something that does nothing to give back to the community. I have heard so many bad things about the mall since the sell I think I would rather shop elsewhere. I remember when there was always something going on at the mall. Now half the stores seem to come and go. Never know what you will find.
