My second time at the mall and I really enjoyed it. Friendly employees every where and no crazy crowds plus great food. I look forward to hanging out there again l.

wasted money in the merry go round and Santa wasn't there as scheduled
Was very disappointed yesterday when there I could not take my grandbabies to the play center that used to be there, they were as disappointed they didn't get to play as well, other than that the mall is tolerable.

The NWA mall has a good variety of stores and is a pretty clean, safe environment. The shopping experience is good, but the reason I rate it only 3/5 is that they 1. Don't have very many food court options for a mall of this size and 2. The removal of the kid's play area has made me go to the mall a LOT less. I used to take my kids to play at the mall when the weather was bad and inevitably end up spending money there because I was there, since they took out the play area we go to the mall a lot less because there is nowhere... read more
