We started using NWAR lawns several years ago when Travis Roe was the owner/manager. When he was there we had a wonderful experience- good quality work, communication and responsiveness. He really went above and beyond for customers. Since he left (and confusingly the new boss's name is also Travis but it's not the same guy) things have not been the same.
