Do NOT use this so-called florist. They RUINED Mother's Day. Seriously, if you can't even deliver flowers for Mother's Day you have no business pretending to be a florist. Complete FAIL.
So I had similar issues with delivery BUT the nice lady at the Bentonville store was amazing! My daughter lives in Bentonville and I'm in PA....it was he 30th birthday....I ordered flowers to be delivered on her birthday and they did attempt to deliver but she wasn't home. I called late in afternoon to check on delivery and she told me they would be delivered the next day.....I burst into tears and she reacted promptly....tried to get in touch with delivery guy....no luck so she took matters into her own hands and personally... read more
My homecoming date got our flowers here and they were beautiful at first, but his boutonniere fell apart by dinner. I decided to give this place another shot for prom and was promptly kicked out. I walked in about 5 minutes before they closed and told the lady working at the time my date was running a few minutes late and would be here soon so we could order the corsage and boutonniere. This florist is really awful. I used them for Valentine's day in 2012, ordered online, payed for the "deluxe" upgrade and what they delivered barely resembled the picture of what I ordered. In 2013 I decided to give them one more try, ordered two or more weeks before Valentine's day and my wife's flowers were not delivered to her office until after 5:00 PM... which of course, she was not there to get them because people go home at 5:00 PM and even earlier on Valentine's day when they are trying to get ready for a nice date. ... read more
