I had my first visit May 28, 2026. The night before, Jewell called me to provide a phone consultation. I was appreciative of this being that I drove 3.5 hours to get there. I was glad to know I'd be able to get right to my appointment. Jewell also informed me that Id need to do something to manage my hormones of I didn't want the fuzz to mature into full grown hairs. My 2nd appointment is tomorrow and I'm excited for the outcome.

I was disappointed with my experience at NWA Electrolysis. Before the appointment, I expected a thorough consultation explaining the process, potential side effects, and what to expect afterward. Instead, I felt like very little time was spent reviewing my concerns, and I was not provided with clear aftercare instructions. Jewell is a fantastic electrolysis provider who has treated a large number of areas of focus for my various personal hair removal goals for around 4 years now, off and on. She offers a convenient booking service and fair prices and is flexible with scheduling. If you are looking for actually permanent hair removal, I highly recommend you give her a try.
