I am a neighbor of someone who just had several trees removed by these guys. My brother used to do this kind of work so I know a little about it. I was really impressed watching them work! They were professional, worked long and hard to get the job done, and worked efficiently and had good communication with each other and cleaned the site well. The owner of Northwest Arbor care can't be trusted to keep his word! Beware of Mark Griffiths and his 'promises'.
Terrific experience with NW Arbor Care. I got quotes from three local arborists, and Mark had the right blend of professionalism and warmth. They were able to get us on the schedule within a couple days, and his talented crew limbed up and windsailed five cedar trees on our property. They were on time, courteous, thorough, and cleaned up everything. And they did everything in three hours! Because of their excellent work, we won't need tree care for several years, but I know who I will call when the time comes!
