This animal hospital is a joke. I picked up my dogs and they reeked of poop. They were supposed to given a bath-which they weren't and on top of it my dog came home sick. The eyes huge, swollen and red. The attendant claimed she was fine but after I demanded a vet -the conclusion was she was not and needed medicine. So my poor dog was alone for 4 days at the vet, sitting in poop with infected eyes. She was also separated from her sister dog when they were supposed to be together. The staff at Northwest Animal Hospital is amazing both for medical appointments and for boarding. The hours are amazing for my hectic schedule, and they are very flexible and accommodating with appointments. They got to know my baby Samwise so well over the last year and a half, they remembered everything he liked and didn't and were amazing when handling him. I absolutely love Northwest Animal Hospital. I’ve taken my dog in multiple times and each time I’m met with such care and compassion. One visit he ended up needing surgery, we found out it was a cancerous tumor. The staff made sure to monitor him closely and were able to have him come out cancer free! Recently, the same pup injured his back so I called and was able to get in within the hour. They took such good care of the little guy and was able to treat his pain. I love the staff at Northwest!
The best of the best! Such gentle, kind, and patient staff. All the Drs are extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Won’t ever take my fur babies anywhere else!
Dr Turner and the entire staff are so kind. I called today because my cat was having difficulty breathing and they said come in as soon as you can. they really care and I'm happy to say my cat is going to be ok. Thank you so much
I cannot thank Northwest Animal Hospital for their kindness and compassion they have shown to me. They squeezed me in 15 mins before closing time when my dog was struggling to breathe and was right there with me when we had to euthanize her a couple of weeks later. Today, flowers arrived at my door for my loss from this wonderful staff.
I’m new to the area. Was looking for a vet to take my reptiles to when needed. Recently took my veiled chameleon in, northwest animal hospital was so kind and friendly and made my first experience there really comfortable. Thank you!!
