I was a customer for many years. Dr. Hird is great. However, they have come under new ownership which has negatively impacted their customer service. I would not recommend them at this time.

We have taken our pets to Northwest Animal Hospital for the over 51 years. Yes, that’s right, 51 years. Needless to say, we appreciate the caring and professional service the staff provides for our pets.
Everyone genuinely cares about the health of your pet. They also take time with you And are always willing to help. I have been going there since 1993!
Everyone there was so nice and helpful! They truly care and are extra attentive to be sure all your questions are answered.
These people are money grabbers. Take your business elsewhere. You can find better service for way cheaper.
Unfortunately, our first visit here was a sad one. Our cat was very sick, and there was nothing we could do for him, so we had to say goodbye to him. The entire staff at this hospital were more than friendly and accommodating. They made sure we felt at peace with the hard decision we had to make before anything was done, and again before we left. We appreciate everyone there so much, and we will definitely be taking our other animals there from now on. ❤
Dr. Hird and everyone at Northwest has been a huge help to me and my dog Olivia!! She was vet aggressive and had/has lots of heath issues and is a very large dog on top of that (Anatolian Shepherd)! Dr. Hird worked with me on a plan of how to help Olivia and now she loves going to their office! Their genuine concern and care for Olivia means the world to me, especially as she is now a 10 year old senior dog. Highly recommend Northwest Animal Hospital!!!
