I had to have three rather involved diagnostic tests performed. The scheduler was able to schedule all three for one day of testing. When I arrived on the appointed day, I was greeted and treated courteously by all personnel involved. Each test was performed on time, within the allotted time, and test results were available the next day. This is the way healthcare should be.
The people I saw when I was there were very nice especially for what time it was. Especially the doctor. It was a nice refreshing experience compared to the last few times I've had to go to the ER or the hospital.
