Northwest Allied facilities are the worst in the Tucson area. Find another medical company. Horrible service from medical to billing. They need to get their act together.
This has been an all-around bad experience. First, I made an appointment with the doctor after much research and asking if she was accepting new patients. Two weeks before my appointment they call and tell me she’s no longer accepting new patients. What?!? Fine, I’ll see the Nurse Practitioner. I liked her as a person. But when I went to go pick up my prescriptions they were incorrect. This is after I went over them with two people - the NP and her assistant. I called right away since one was a thyroid medication.
