My Doctor was terrific. The nightmare began with the billing department. I had a lot of different doctors treat me and every one of their billing departments got the bills to me at the right address and in a timely manner. My insurance company specifically told me to wait until I received bills before paying them. Northwest put me in collections without sending me a bill and put me in for the wrong amount. Stay away. I'd give this bunch 0 stars if I could. We had terrible experiences with them. The worst was when a family member's primary care doctor retired and we were not informed. So we call to make an appointment, for an urgent situation, and are told it'll take two months to get in to see a new doc and in the meantime we should just use an urgent care facility. Oh, and they were rude about it, like it's somehow our fault that they failed to inform us of the doctor retiring. As I write this, we've waited the two months and... read more
