I got into a motorcycle accident and tried to establish care here. They told me they would call me back the following day. They never called. I contacted them again and they said they would call back same day. They did not call back. I have a an OBGYN name chiamaka baba . I tried to call the front desk multiple times they don’t answer also she doesn’t really get back to me at all the voice mail box is full . I was told I was going to be induced on the 9th but I called on my behalf to check and I’m really being induced on the 10th after thy I’m going to be unsigning with you guys due to the fact of untransparency on my OBGYNs end and the front desk as well .
Originally I was seen by Dr. Vargas, and it was wonderful experience, but he doesn’t see patients anymore, so I was transferred to residency clinic. One of the PGY-1 resident saw me. She was very unprofessional. I feel she can’t decide anything. She always seek for her boss’s help several times when she saw me. When my labs come back, there are something abnormal as we discussed last time. She commented on the portal said it is within normal limits. What the hell is she doing?
The Drs are excellent and kind.Dr.Srivastava and Dr Fleming are the Best...
The scheduling in this office is ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone. Leave a voicemail but no one will call you back. I sent several portal messages trying to schedule a follow up appointment. It took 19 days for a response. I even sent a message to the medical assistant. Dr. Kramp and her resident docs have been great. That is if you can get an actual appointment.
