Staff is wonderful. Provider needs more respect towards your care
Northwest Medical Center lost two (two!!!) different culture samples. When I contested the charges I received, I was told I would have to pay full price despite their obvious mistakes. I was not even informed that the first sample was lost, even after sending a message to my provider. I had to suffer my symptoms for weeks. If I could give zero stars, I would.
NP Trisha Caldwell is the best I've ever had. Goes over lab reports in person and what vitamins to take. My sister has Trisha Caldwell as well. She is booked out with appointments. No one wants to change providers and will wait for appointments unless necessary to be seen immediately. I'm 71 years old...finally found the best. Better late than never!!
The billing department for Northwest Allied Physicians is absolutely HORRIBLE. I was over charged in February of 2024 and am still dealing with it in January of 2025. The billing office NEVER answers their phone and I have probably tried to call them over 100 times, and I am not exaggerating. I worked with a woman in the actual doctor's office named Hunter and she was so great, but she unfortunatley really couldn't do anything to help me.
