It’s officially been a year since I started trying to get an appointment. I’ve had them cancel my appointments at the last minute multiple times and they can never reschedule me for months. I’ve had one initial appointment that took 7 months to get and I had to BEG for it because they had insisted on scheduling an appointment at 4:30 on Christmas Eve even though I told them that didn’t sound like a real appointment they’d keep.
