At this point, I'm fairly certain I've been shuffled through every Northwest location in Tucson with the same answer of "We can't help you for 2 to 4 months from now" from EVERY. SINGLE. It’s officially been a year since I started trying to get an appointment. I’ve had them cancel my appointments at the last minute multiple times and they can never reschedule me for months. I’ve had one initial appointment that took 7 months to get and I had to BEG for it because they had insisted on scheduling an appointment at 4:30 on Christmas Eve even though I told them that didn’t sound like a real appointment they’d keep. I got into a motorcycle accident and tried to establish care here. They told me they would call me back the following day. They never called. I contacted them again and they said they would call back same day. They did not call back. Now a week later I get a call from one of there reps trying to schedule an appointment for me for 1 hour from now. I have a an OBGYN name chiamaka baba . I tried to call the front desk multiple times they don’t answer also she doesn’t really get back to me at all the voice mail box is full . I was told I was going to be induced on the 9th but I called on my behalf to check and I’m really being induced on the 10th after thy I’m going to be unsigning with you guys due to the fact of untransparency on my OBGYNs end and the front desk as well .
