The scheduling in this office is ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone. Leave a voicemail but no one will call you back. I sent several portal messages trying to schedule a follow up appointment. It took 19 days for a response. I even sent a message to the medical assistant. Dr. Kramp and her resident docs have been great. That is if you can get an actual appointment.
Today I was utterly disheartened to learn that Dr. Yell will no longer be working with Northwest Allied Physicians after 17 years of dedicated service, reportedly due to a non-renewal of her contract. I must ask—what led to this decision? Does the management consider the profound impact such changes have on patients who have relied on her compassionate care and clinical excellence? Went recently for a colonoscopy and paid my copay. Was told I hadnt paid even though they have no record of my charges and I have bank statement proof that I paid. Sent me to collections over a $50 charge and refused to talk to me or let me pay them. Said I could get a lawyer. Never sent me a bill or called to tell me I would be sent to collections. Worst customer service I've ever seen.
Staff is wonderful. Provider needs more respect towards your care
