I landed at Kelso close to 4:30 and did not know why my plane would not start. Mike came out and even though the time was after business hours, he stayed for 3 hours testing and helping me understand what the problem was. The Nordstrom service that Mike provided was not something I have ever seen, I appreciate him and everyone at Northwest Airtech getting my plane back up in the air. The kids and I wanted to see an airplane so we went down to the airport to see what we could find. Northwest Airtech gave us a little tour of there shop and showed the kids their airplanes. That was awesome!!! Thank u so much for taking time out of ur day for us.
