I have never been here before and they sent a scam bill to a collections agency
I thought this bill might be a scam and found these reviews and their website online. I believe this is legitimate and I will pay this small bill so it does not go to collections, but the lack of information around what billing will look like is negligent, if not almost predatory. If you need financial assistance, you have to apply through Legacy, but you cannot pay this bill through Legacy. Definitely a broken system. I have never had an appointment with this company (to my knowledge) not even a bill from them but suddenly I receive calls from their debt collector. I am on federal assistance, I shouldn't have to deal with this bs.
Went for a city insurance workers comp injury to the ER. Somehow they’ve sent me a $500 bill. I don’t trust this company one bit. Very fishy
I've never been to this incompetent establishment but they harass my phone number, emails and address as if I have been-- aggressively demanding I pay bills for dates of treatment I was in another state but the emotional and hysterical staff are just very stupid.
