I wanna think Erica who helped me on many occasions after the doctor that I was going to for many years retired. She helped me and she helped me to get my chart and the results from my Pap smear and the office manager. Carmela helped me so much to get a doctor to explain to me the results of my test I wanna say thank you very much Erica and Carmela you went over and beyond to help a patient and this is a patient of a doctor that retired so you two girls are the best. Thank you so much.
I had a very urgent appointment scheduled at 3:30 with the doctor B. I had called in advanced to say i will be arriving at 3:45 and was told that was completely fine. It took me an hour to drive coming from far and when i got there the front desk was completely dismissive and stated its a no show and i wont be seen because i am late. I had explained to them that whoever i spoke to told me it was completely fine and i did notfiy i was coming late.
